Project USB – FAQ

Q. Is shipping really free on all orders?
A. Yes, postage to mainland New Zealand is free. It doesn’t matter what size the order is, Project USB proudly provides shipping at no extra cost.

Q. Are your USB flash drives guaranteed?
A. All our USB flash drives carry a 2 year guarantee against faulty parts or workmanship. If you have a problem with any of our drives (not including problems resulting from misuse) please contact our office for replacement or repair.

Q. What is your minimum order?
A. Our standard minimum order is 50 units.

Q. What printing options do you offer?
A. Laser engraving, silkscreen printing, pad printing and digital printing – depending on the artwork and USB flash drive.

Q. What is your standard turnaround time?
A. Approximately 10 working days from design and content approval.

Q. What capacities do you offer USB flash drives in?
A. 128mb, 256mb, 512mb, 1gb, 2gb, 4gb, 8gb, 16gb, 32gb, 64gb and 128gb (subject to availability)

Q. Will the USB flash drives work on all computers?
A. Our standard USB flash drives are USB 2.0 format and designed to operate on all PC and Mac devices running Windows 98 or OS 8.6 or later. With the relevant drivers, they will also run on older machines. We can also supply USB 3.0 drives on request.

Q. Do you offer content loading?
A. Yes, we provide content loading (data preloading) on USB flash drive orders including permanent, removable or a combination of both.

Q. Can you make USB flash drive contents auto-load?
A. Yes and no. We can set up the auto-run function, however the most recent operating systems no longer support the auto-run function – therefore we cannot guarantee it.

Q. Can you provide pantone matching?
A. On several USB flash drives we can, however pantone colour matching incurs an additional cost per unit.
